Tour Plan
Departure from Nairobi is at 0900 hrs. to Nanyuki and enjoy a brief at The Equator. You are driven to Simba Lodge in Nanyuki where you check in. Afternoon is spent preparing and acclimatizing for the start of your hike. Your guide will help with extra tips on what is needed on your hike on the second largest Mountain in Africa. Enjoy dinner and overnight at the Hotel.
After breakfast you are driven and transferred to Sirimon gate and hike to Old Moses camp (3300m) for overnight. (6 to 8 hrs. hike).
Hike Shiptons camp (4200m) for overnight (5 to 7 hrs hike).
Attempt on point Lenana at 0300 hrs and descend leisurely to Met Station for dinner and overnight.
Descend the mountain to Naro Moru town with vehicle transfer back to Nanyuki or Nairobi.
