ACCOMMODATIONS
Rates provided based on the start rated Hotels and subject to availability at the time of booking with us. Basic camping in tents (some permanent/temporary) and Lodge accommodation. We offer single room, Double and 3 persons-tripes rooms.

MEALS
Whilst in Nairobi on bed only or bed and breakfast as per itinerary confirmed by our consultant staff member.

AIR /TRAIN TRANSPORTATION
Local domestic flights if requested/booked through us to the various Parks.  Train travel to Mombasa or and Nairobi with no meals included. It is subject to availability and scheduled timetable. Book with us.

LUGGAGE
Travel as light as possible so to enjoy our safaris. There is limit to the allowance on the local flights too depending on the Airline. Details are online and are at your own risk. We shall not be held liable for loss or damage.

TRAVEL INSURANCE
Very important for all your travels. Please note that we assist with AMREF Flying Doctor’s evacuation cover. All medical, loss and any other type of insurance is on you.

WIFI/LAUNDRY
All/most Lodges will provide the service free. However, laundry is at extra extra expense.

TAXES
All our tour programs include Hotel/camping taxes as per Government laws, Park entry fees, Airport taxes (domestic flights).

SAFARI VEHICLES
All fitted with radio-communication, Driver has cell phone on 24/7 and are designed best for safari expeditions. Please note that you need to be careful upon boarding and embarking because of the open hatch roof, door and the step. Extra care is on you to enjoy the safari better. You are not allowed to walk freely in the National Parks/Game Reserves. It is is against the laws of The Land. Please follow our rules and regulations.

SAFARI BOOKING REGISTRATION
We only ask for 20-30% deposit as required at the time of making your booking. Balance of payment is preferable a week before travels or upon arrival. Lodges may ask for more to firm the booking and you will be notified of the same by our team of consultants.

CANCELLATIONS
Quoted prices include lots of planning, handling and operational costs. There is a considerable amount charged depending on the period before cancellation. 100% cancellation fees will apply 45 days before intended travels.

GUARANTEED SAFARI DEPARTURE
Our Professional and friendly Team rest assures you of a good safari. We shall only change or amend itinerary due to security, epidemics, adverse effects of e.g. terrorism e or non avoidable circumstances. All will be for your own good.

RESPONSIBILITY
Kuja Safaris/our Team does not own or operate any entity which is yo or does provide goods or services for your trip including Lodge/camping facilities, transportation, local ground or Safari operators including without limitation, various entities which may utilize Kuja Safaris name, guides, entertainment, food, drink, service providers, equipment suppliers e.t.c. As a result Kuja Safaris is not responsible/liable for any negligence or willful actor failure to act of any such person or entity., nor for any act or inaction of any third party not under it’s control. Without Limitation we are not liable (Kuja Safaris) for any direct, indirect, consequential, or incidental damage, injury, death, financial or other loss, accident, delay, injury inconvenience or irregularities of any kind which may be occasioned by reason of any act or omission beyond its control including without any limitation any willful or negligent act, failure to act, breach of contract or violation of local laws or regulation of any third party such as airline, train, hotel, bus, taxi, van or safari operations. Financial desolvency or default of any supplier which is to or does supply any goods or services for this trip. Additionally, we shall not be held responsible for animal/insect /pest bites, animal attacks, ailments/sickness, lack of appropriate medical care, overbookings by the Lodges or camps.

Weather, acts of God/strikes, protests, orders from the Government, war, quarantine or the threat of force majeure, criminal activities or any other cause beyond our control. Please note that as a guest/s hold Kuja Safaris harmless from  his/her own negligence and assumes all risk thereof.

The right is reserved to alter, cancel or postpone the safari or itinerary at Kuja Safaris sole discretion, as it may deem necessary or advisable. As a Company we reserve the right to decline, accept or retain any passenger on any of its tours if, in its own discretion. It deems accepting or retaining any such passenger as creating a health or safety risk to any person or being detrimental to the safari, or if the passenger’s continued presence is inconsistent with the best interests of the trip, other guests or crew/staff. In the event any passenger is removed from the trip, Kuja Safaris will not refund.

MISCELLANEOUS
Kuja Safaris reserves the right to substitute accommodation in lodges/camps, hotels or attractions of a similar or better category as listed in your safari itinerary. Guests are advised to regularly check with USA Department of State centers for Disease control http://www.cdc.govr and http://www.state.gov

Change in these terms and conditions, Responsibility and Binding arbitration Agreement can be made only by one of our own staff members.

PHOTOGRAPHY
Kuja Safaris may take photographs, video, film of its trips and safari participants , and participant grants us permission to which can be used for commercial, promotional use without payment of any compensation thereof.

SERVICES NOT USED
There is no right to refund for any.
